Early LifeEdit

Henri was born in Paris in 1929. He had one child, a boy named Antoine (b 1963). Through Antoine, Henri had five grandchildren- Henri, named for his grandfather (b 1989), Veronique (b 1992), Antoine Jr. (b 1994), Amelie (b 1997) and Francine (b 2000).

Founding a Business EmpireEdit

Upon learning that he was to become a father, Henri founded a business he called Soixante-Trois Industries, named for the year of its foundation and the year in which he became a father. Over the course of the subsequent thirty years, Soixante-Trois bought and developed businesses throughout France, eventually expanding into Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

By the time Henri retired in 1994, at the age of 65, he had amassed a personal wealth of over ten billion French Francs (roughly equivalent to 1.5 billion euros in 2016 money).
